The staff were very friendly. There were many things for everyone to enjoy.
This was not the best resort. the room lacked essentials like towels and bathrobes on arrival. This was surprising. i had to wait several minutes every time i moved rooms, as i had to wait at reception for the bellman to collect my luggage.

The hotel offered many activities for all ages. There were pools, a large aquapark, waterslides, and a funfair. I visited the museum and enjoyed a fire show.
The bed in my room was not very comfortable. The pillows also felt inadequate. I booked a garden-view room but got a room overlooking the promenade.

the waterpark was very fun!!!
the check-in process was slow. it took over 40 minutes to photocopy ids and take details manually. rooms were spacious, but we had an extra bed with no bedding sheets!!! i requested sheets twice and it took an hour to get them. this was difficult at night with little kids.

i have only good stuff to say! the room was super clean and i loved that there were lifeguards everywhere at the pools, safety was good. plus, they even moved sunbeds to where we wanted! it's really cool. i never saw that before. the staff is super friendly. it.
the food gets a tiny bit samey after a few days, but there's still a ton of choices.
