water slides restaurant choices laundry service low food quality repetitive food unfriendly staff
The pools offered many slides for both kids and adults. This was entertaining. there were lots of restaurant choices with varied food options. housekeeping provided great service and the laundry service was reasonably priced.
i found that most restaurants served nearly the same dishes with little variety. this felt repetitive . Simple requests were met with irritated responses

amazing staff friendly staff multiple pools inconvenient location long bus wait delayed bus
The waterpark was especially good! the food was very nice too. the staff were amazing, always ready to help. there were lots of pools. They provided much fun.
the bus took one hour to come on two occasions, though i was told it should take no more than 20 minutes max.

The staff were very friendly. There were many things for everyone to enjoy.
This was not the best resort. the room lacked essentials like towels and bathrobes on arrival. This was surprising. i had to wait several minutes every time i moved rooms, as i had to wait at reception for the bellman to collect my luggage.

fire show many activities great aquapark uncomfortable bed inadequate pillows promenade view
The hotel offered many activities for all ages. There were pools, a large aquapark, waterslides, and a funfair. I visited the museum and enjoyed a fire show.
The bed in my room was not very comfortable. The pillows also felt inadequate. I booked a garden-view room but got a room overlooking the promenade.

totally awesome adult adventure!
clean room many lifeguards friendly staff thoughtful service
i have only good stuff to say! the room was super clean and i loved that there were lifeguards everywhere at the pools, safety was good. plus, they even moved sunbeds to where we wanted! it's really cool. i never saw that before. the staff is super friendly. it.
the food gets a tiny bit samey after a few days, but there's still a ton of choices.
